Are you a driven and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on high-profile cases from the comfort of your own home? The salary listed does not include bonuses; this candidate will make a significant amount in bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Draft and respond to complex discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation.
- Prepare cases for trial, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- 2-4 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Proven expertise in conducting and defending depositions.
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and personal injury law.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle high-profile cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and remote communication tools.
