Are you a driven and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on high-profile cases from the comfort of your own home? Our client, a well-established and highly respected California firm, is seeking a talented attorney to join their dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering exceptional flexibility and autonomy.

The salary listed does not include bonuses; this candidate will make a significant amount in bonuses.

About the Firm:

Our client is a leading personal injury firm in California, renowned for its commitment to achieving exceptional results for its clients. You will be working directly with a well-known and highly respected attorney, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to significant cases.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Draft and respond to complex discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation.
  • Prepare cases for trial, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • 2-4 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
  • Proven expertise in conducting and defending depositions.
  • Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and personal injury law.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle high-profile cases with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and remote communication tools.
