About the Role We're a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm seeking a Remote Associate Attorney to join our team. You'll work on high-profile cases, collaborate with experienced litigators, and have the opportunity to make a real impact-all from the comfort of your home.
Position: Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury Location: Fully Remote (California residents only) Salary: $150K-$165K base performance bonuses ️ Travel: Minimal - occasional travel to Los Angeles (1-2x/year, paid by company)
Requirements:
2-3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Strong discovery and deposition skills
Excellent legal writing abilities (writing samples required)
Comfortable handling high-profile cases
California Bar license required
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
