- Conducting comprehensive case assessments and investigations
- Filing legal claims and representing clients in court
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
- Providing legal advice and support to clients
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated legal professionals
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing within the state
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience
