Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and progress a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases.
  • Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts with exceptional skill and strategic foresight.
  • Draft and respond to complex discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admission.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies focused on achieving favorable settlements.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized case files.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
  • Demonstrated exceptional skills in taking and defending depositions.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to complex requests.
  • Strong understanding of California civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without close supervision.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to case handling.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical conduct.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment. Base pay listed on this job posting does not include bonuses.

Work Environment:

This position will initially require the Attorney to work on-site at our Los Angeles/Beverly Hills office to facilitate team integration and build trust. Upon demonstrating strong performance, independence, and a thorough understanding of our firm's processes, the opportunity for remote work will be available.

Please send your confidential resume to Spencer McAdoo at or call/text to discuss this in more detail.
