A leading law firm is seeking a bilingual litigation paralegal with a strong background in labor and employment matters, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims. The ideal litigation paralegal has 3+ years of recent civil litigation experience and is fluent in Spanish. This litigation paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research, managing discovery, preparing medical chronologies, subpoenaing records, and assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The litigation paralegal will also support voir dire, jury selection, and witness prep, while serving as a liaison between the trial team and third parties. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual litigation paralegal seeking a fast-paced, hands-on role in a dynamic practice area.
