Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and mechanic and materialmen liens, bond claims, and related notices.
  • Conduct depositions and site visits.
  • Draft and argue motions.
  • Research and confirm title and property information.
  • Advise clients regarding lien, bond claim, security, and credit management procedures.
  • Attend and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of litigation experience.
  • License to practice in Washington in good standing.
  • Prior experience with construction defect, HOA/condo, insurance bad faith, etc. a plus.
  • Desire to grow with a busy practice.
