POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the recruitment team in their effort to perform successful recruiting, matching and placement of applicants to departmental vacancies so that qualified individuals and professionals are selected as University Health System employees. Assists the recruitment team at designated recruiting functions. Assists with the development of sources of qualified health care professionals. Assists the Recruitment Manager with coordinating staff functions, projects, and event coordination.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields is required. One year of recruitment experience is preferred. Knowledge of applicable regulations is required. Experience with ad design is preferred.
