A well-established and growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Piping Project Manager and Estimator with strong experience in mechanical, HVAC, piping, plumbing project management, and estimating. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in piping/plumbing project management and estimating, overseeing commercial and industrial projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Lead estimating and bidding processes for mechanical, piping, and plumbing projects, preparing accurate cost analyses and proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Project management and estimating experience in plumbing, piping, and HVAC.
- Proficency in Procore or similar project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
