What You'll Do: - Heavy data entry and record keeping
- Answer and handle customer calls
- Process orders, service requests, and billing issues
- Dispatch service techs and track work
- Resolve customer concerns
- Keep accurate logs and reports
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
