Position Description:

The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working, experienced, and reliable Pipe Foremen for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous paid time off and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.


We are looking for someone with a solid background in leadership of pressure and gravity pipe installation crews.


As a Pipe Foreman, you will provide support in a variety of construction projects. To be successful in this position, you must work well as the leader of a team, be able to train and instruct new crew members in their individual tasks, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.


Benefits:

Salary: $27.50-$33.00

Pay Rate: Weekly

5am-3:30pm Monday through Friday with Saturdays on an as-needed basis

PTO at 6 months

Position Requirements:

Job Requirements for Pipe Foreman


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in construction or plumbing is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe laying pressure or gravity underground systems or related construction work
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong knowledge of pipe installation, repair, and maintenance techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Proficient in using construction and pipe-laying tools and equipment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Commitment to safety standards and regulations
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as required
