Job summary Participate in the preparation of food in advance of service, stock stations, prepare foods to order during service. Provide friendly & responsive service to our guests at all times. General restaurant cleanliness including kitchen areas, dining areas, restrooms.
What you would do - Lead and act in a manner that is consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values.
- Stock and organize the line.
- Clean utensils and cooking equipment.
- Prepare all product for service according to prescribed specifications.
- Follow policies and procedures of kitchen conduct, cleanliness, & sanitation to.
- Maintain organization of the coolers and ensure proper rotation and temp of product.
- Maintain a clean and orderly retail merchandise area.
- Enthusiastically greet guests and assist with food and retail merchandise orders utilizing our point-of-sale platform.
- Utilize New Holland's methods of communication & technology.
- Ensure that all orders are complete and accurate.
- Work with a sense of urgency at all times.
- Participate in daily cleaning projects.
- Constantly strive to achieve more knowledge and skill in food preparation.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical requirements - Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to fifty (50) pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to ten (10) hours at a time.)
Desired qualifications - Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred.
- Prior guest-facing experience and service.
- Prior exposure to a vast array and cooking techniques and methods preferred.
- Familiarity with safe handling techniques prescribed by the Ottawa County Department of Health.
