Position: Certified Pilates Instructor Location: FFC Park Ridge Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Compensation: $45 - $66 per session (based on experience & certifications). New instructors earn bonuses of $500-$1000/month for meeting goals in the first 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

Full Studio Pilates Certification or plan to complete within 6 months

CPR/AED certification

Strong educational skills for client instruction

Knowledge of Pilates benefits & safety

Your Role:

Build Your Schedule: Keep weekly appointments & ensure quality service

Sales: Grow your client base through training (sales training provided)

Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space for members

Client Engagement: Assist with exercise guidance & spotting

Promote Programs: Help match members to FFC offerings

Continuous Learning: Attend meetings & education session
