An 'Outstanding' All-Through School based in the Borough of Lewisham is seeking a Physics Teacher / Physics ECT to join their excellent team of support staff, starting in September 2025.

This Physics Teacher / Physics ECT role is a full-time, permanent position and is ideal for experienced Physics Teachers and ambitious Physics ECTs looking to express their creativity, ingenuity, and inspire young minds.

The school is seeking a Physics Teacher / Physics ECT to teach and support students across KS3, KS4, and KS5 with a strong focus on high-quality education and enrichment. Job Description

1. Physics Teacher / Physics ECT working across KS3, KS4, and KS5 alongside a talented team of Physics teachers and support staff.
2. Full-Time, Permanent position starting September 2025.
3. Located in the heart of Lewisham.
4. Plenty of CPD opportunities available.
5. Additional TLRs available: Key Stage Coordinator, Subject Lead, Lead Practitioner, and more.

7. Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 plus TLRs, depending on experience.

Candidate Requirements

1. Qualified Physics Teacher / Physics ECT with UK QTS.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. An experienced Physics Teacher or an ambitious Physics ECT seeking progression opportunities.
4. A passionate educator aiming to inspire and motivate students aged 11-18.
5. Ability to listen to and respond to feedback.
