Coverage Details:
- Weekend Call Coverage: Friday 5 PM - Monday 8 AM
- Amount of Coverage Needed: 3 weekends per month, or 4 on months with 5 weekends
- Patient Load: Approximately 5-10 patients per day
- Patient Population: All ages, excluding neonates
Department and Procedures:
- Department Description: Tertiary care community hospital; no trauma cases
- Special Procedures: Comfort required with cystoscopy, urethral dilations, bladder/ureteral repairs, scrotal explorations, and I&Ds
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Required
- State License: Required unless IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) eligible
- DEA Registration: Required
- CSR Registration: Required
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
Additional Information:
- Support Staff: Normal nursing and tech staff available
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
