We are seeking a skilled Urology Surgeon for a locum tenens position at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in Ohio. This 84-day assignment begins on 08/18/2025, with a flexible schedule of one week per month. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with general adult urology, including clinic consultations, OR procedures, and shared call duties. Responsibilities include managing a comprehensive urology practice, performing prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and handling lacerations. The surgeon will work in both clinical and surgical settings, with the option to transfer complex cases to the main medical center. Job Details: Location: Ohio Facility Type: Multi-Specialty Clinic Start Date: 08/18/2025 LOA: 84 days Provider Type Needed: Urology Surgeon Schedule: One week per month, Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM clinic, with weeknight and weekend call Responsibilities and Duties: Provide comprehensive urological care in both clinical and surgical settings Perform general adult urology procedures, including prostate surgeries and ureteroscopy Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments Manage lacerations and other urological emergencies Participate in shared call duties, including weeknights and weekends Utilize Epic electronic health record system for patient documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely medical records Exercise clinical judgment to determine appropriate cases for transfer to the main medical center Adhere to all facility policies and procedures Additional Information: Must be licensed to practice in Ohio Board certification in Urology required Proficiency in Epic EHR system preferred Flexibility to work one of the following week options each month: 9/8-9/15 or 9/12-9 6-10/13 or 10/10-10 3-11/10 or 11/7-11 1-12/8 or 12/5-12 29-1/5 or 1/2-1/9 1/26-2/2 or 1/23-1/30 Possibility of assignment extension Apply now to learn more.
