  • Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 CNA
  • Procedures: Cystoscopies & Biopsies - must be able to perform prostate biopsies w/ an RN (no ultrasound tech at the site)
  • Additional Info: - New IP consults: must be seen face to face within 24hrs. - Robotics may be available but not required - Nurse does assist with the procedures but does not operate the ultrasound machine
  • EMR: Epic
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
  • Active ND License or IMLC (if IMLC, must have LOQ in hand)
  • BC/BE (If BE, must be within 5 yrs. of residency)
  • DEA
  • Case Logs
