Job Requirements for Assignment :
Kentucky Medical License preferred, but not required
Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
Mix of Clinic and Call
Average 2-4 surgeries per day
Multiple mid-level support available
Looking for Candidates who can commit to 10 consecutive days per month
CABG and Lungs required
Vascular not a hard requirement but a plus
Seeking Consistent Commitment every month
One weekend + one full week per month
25-40 patient census on a regular basis

4/28 start at 7AM to 5/5 off at 7AM
5/12 start at 7AM to 5/19 off at 7AM
5/19 start at 7AM to 5/26 off at 7AM
6/9 start at 7AM to 6/16 off at 7AM
6/23 start at 7AM to 6/30 off at 7AM
7/28 start at 7AM to 8/4 off at 7AM
8/25 start at 7AM to 9/01off at 7AM Labor Day weekend
9/01 start at 7AM to 9/08 off at 7AM
9/08 start at 7AM to 9/15 off at 7AM
10/06 start at 7AM to 10/13 off at 7AM
10/13 start at 7AM to 10/20 off at 7AM
11/17 start at 7AM to 11/24 off at 7AM
11/24 start at 7AM to 12/01 off at 7AM includes Thanksgiving Holiday & weekend
12/15 start at 7AM to 12/22 off at 7AM
12/22 start at 7AM to 12/29 off at 7AM includes Christmas Holiday
