Job Description & Requirements Orthopedic Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;On Call;9 Pay Rate: $254.14 - $275.10 This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Practice Setting: Clinic Types of Cases: Orthopedic Surgery Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days EMR: RPMS Certifications Required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Licensure Required: any unrestricted state license Facility Location Gallup gets its name from David L.
