- Partner directly with top institutional leadership on mission-critical faculty searches.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Seven years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in academic faculty or physician search.
- Executive search firm experience strongly preferred.
