•  Primarily outpatient clinical role with minimal inpatient consultative responsibilities
•  Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Friday: 8am-12pm)
•  Protected administrative time (5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week)
•  Call Schedule: No night or weekend call responsibilities. Physicians may receive Cerner communications asking how soon a patient needs to be seen for urgent cases, which are scheduled at the next available appointment. The physician will review documentation to assess if appointments should be sooner.
•  Inpatient Consults: Average 3 consults per month during clinic hours only (no after-hours consults)
•  Clinical Focus: 99% of work is clinic-based, with 1% being consultative services. The physician will manage chronic rheumatologic conditions, perform joint injections, oversee infusion services, and collaborate with APPs
•  Dedicated nurse, office staff, and assistant director. The physician will work with a Medical Assistant (MA) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
