•  Client indicated that they are in dire need for boots on the ground. They have several providers who are retiring and that is the reason for the urgency currently. They haven t worked with locums in years and would be willing to entertain what we send. She said that the hospital was hiring locums direct and are contracted exclusively with Valley Rad going forward. Those locums at the hospital s assignments end March. The hospital has been reluctant to work with the group for locums but now find themselves in a situation without coverage and with an exclusive. I bring this up here because its important to know that the hospital was reluctant for locums even when direct. Let s do what we can to keep it in the green but not go cra cra ? What I will do is go to the group with our ranges for each specialty and ask for pre-approval from the hospital but I did want to get this job out to you asap
