Job Responsibilities:
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Call Schedule:
- Provide on-call coverage for 7-12 days per month.
- Call hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, ensuring continuous care and availability.
- Procedures:
- Focus on endovascular procedures, particularly "coiling."
- Collaborate with a skilled stroke team to deliver high-quality care.
Candidate Requirements:
- Licensure:
- Must be licensed in Missouri.
- Certifications:
- Board Certification: Required in Neurology or a related specialty.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are mandatory.
- ABLS, ATLS, and PALS are not required.
- Experience:
- Expertise in endovascular surgical neuroradiology with a focus on advanced procedures is essential.
- Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty is preferred but not required.
- Credentialing:
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
- Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.
