•  Child, adolescent and adult
•  Clinic hours are Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm
•  Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base
•  Direct employment by Lake Charles Memorial Health System
•  Established and stable practice with 4 Nurse Practitioners, 4 Physicians and 7 Counselors
•  Outpatient clinic
•  Provided Answering Service
•  Provides full range of psychological services, outpatient counseling and psychological testing including but not limited to:
•  Autism Testing
•  Surgery Clearance Evaluations (Spinal Cord surgeries, Bariatric Surgeries, etc.)
•  ADD/ADHD/IQ/OCD/Mood Disorder Testing
•  Custody/Court Competency Evaluations
•  Psychotherapy
•  Strong referral base, including over 50 primary care physicians The Community
