Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide crisis intervention services
Manage acute psychotic cases
Refer patients to psychiatrists for further assessment when needed
Maintain overall clinical responsibility for mental health programs
Oversee completion of mental health screenings and evaluations
Perform sick call visits and chronic care visits
Conduct rounds in all units
Formulate treatment plans and interventions
Collaborate with correctional staff and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using TechCare system
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and administration
