currently seeking Full Time, Board Certified, Virginia Licensed Psychiatrist Physicians to work within the RCH In-Patient Behavioral Health Center. SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY (8 HOUR DAYS) - CALL 1:7 (Regional Call Model) Compensation Package:
•   Total Compensation in Excess of $300K ( Potential earnings in excess of $500K )

provides in-patient Behavioral Health Services through The Clearview Center, which is an adult, inpatient psychiatric unit. It accommodates twenty patients and contains a large multi-purpose treatment room, a group therapy room, a recreational therapy room, a kitchen, laundry room, offices and work area.
The Center provides a wide range of therapeutic modalities to its patients, including:
•  Support from a Psych-Certified Nurse Practitioner
•  Individual psychotherapy
•  Group psychotherapy
•  Social work services
•  Recreational activities
•  Pharmacology
•  Family therapy
•  And educational services
It is exclusively designed to provide short-term stabilization and treatment for adults whose treatment needs mandate an inpatient, rather than an outpatient, setting. Its goal is to return patients to a level of recovery that outpatient care can maintain and continue. The Center accepts referrals and admissions 24-hours-a-day, any day of the year. Those who meet admission criteria may refer themselves or be referred by their family physician, therapist or mental health board.
