Staff psychiatrists primarily care for youth in residential treatment with some day treatment and intensive outpatient clients. Staff psychiatrists have a significant leadership role in multidisciplinary teams focused on providing excellent care using evidence-based practices. Psychiatrists meet weekly with peers for consultation and to support a culture of continuous learning. Facility is a training site for a general psychiatry residency program, psychology, social work and therapy interns providing opportunities for those interested in teaching.
