Shifts requested: 1 day per week ; 8am ? 5pm ; prefers Tuesdays but flexible
Practice setting: Residential Psychiatric Facility
Patient load: 5?10 consultations per day ; facility houses 36 children
Ages: 7?15 years old
Procedures required: Initial consultations, CARE team meetings, medication management, treatment for ADHD, PTSD, etc.
Requirements: KY license, DEA, Medicaid number, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child/Pediatric Psychiatry
Other:Onsite only (no telehealth) ; provider will float between sites same day; vehicle provided onsite or ride with team; EMR: CareLogic; working lunch; travel and lodging available (limited).
Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $2,000 per referral.
