Job Description & Requirements Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;On Call Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50 This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Provider Requirements: Credential Accepted: DO;MD Board Status: Board Certified;Board Eligible State License Required to Apply?: No (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license) Minimum Years Experience: 1 Requirements Notes: Active PA license highly preferred or IMLC in hand (must indicate in the presentation if IMLC) DEA Required?: Yes State Licensure: Pennsylvania Certifications Required: BLS CSR License Required?: No Start Date or Estimated Start Date: Mon Jun :00:00 GMT 2025 Reason for Job Opening: Turnover Vacancy Coverage Need Details: Ongoing, full-time coverage of 1 physician (can be more than one provider but need full-time coverage). Shift Schedule is M-F, 8am - 4:30pm with occasional week of call needed in tandem with coverage of unit, other weeks of coverage will not require call Regular Shift schedule: weekdays only. o M-F, 8am-4:30pm Call Week Schedule: Includes night call M-F as well as rounding on Saturday and Sunday during the day. o Mon-Sun, 8AM-4:30PM o Night call Mon-Sun 4:30pm - 8am Schedule needs: 6/2-6/8 day and night call 6/9-6/13 day 6/30 day 8/11-8/17 day and night call Estimated Shifts/Month: 14 Job Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: Most patients on inpatient rehab are brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury. We also see orthopedic injuries, various myopathies, and cardiac patients.
