Physician / Physical Medicine and Rehab

A hospital-affiliated clinic with an experienced multidisciplinary team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists is seeking a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in a major city in Minnesota. This outpatient position features a Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour days. Responsibilities include Botox injections, EMGs, occasional ultrasound-guided injections, and spasticity management. The role is supported by a PA, residents, and fellows, along with access to Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic, Social Work, Psychology, and alternative medicine. The EMR system used is EPIC, and credentialing typically takes 60-90 days.
