About:
• Schedules are flexible and open for negotiations. Rotating Saturdays from 8-12 is possible in the future, as we have found that adding Saturday hours is a WONDERFUL service to the community and would like to gradually do that. We do offer evening hours as well, so lots of room for flexible schedules.
• No hospital call whatsoever
• Currently, call is equally split between three Pediatricians
• Minimum averaging 20 patients per day. But needs to have the willingness and ability to see 25 per day
• We currently have one Pediatrician and three Nurse Practitioners on staff. Each provider has their own MA- in the process of hiring a floater. Four receptionists. An office manager that oversees day-to-day operations of the practice.
• $220k Base salary - Base salary is guaranteed. Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 25 patients per day
• Family health, dental, and vision insurance paid; 401 K with 4% match by employer; Malpractice insurance and license renewal paid; 6.5 paid holidays, $2500 CME Stipend, and 18 paid days off that can be used for vacation and CME
• Sign-on bonus of $20k. Relocation up to $10k. POTENTIAL for loan repayment.
