Coverage Needed September 2023 - October 2023 Schedule Monday " Friday 8a-5p days of week will vary Clinical Details Record a patients medical history accurately Perform a patient's physical exam Order appropriate diagnostic testing Review results of diagnostic testing Design patient treatment plans Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc Array of Neurological services: Car Accident, Concussion/Traumatic Brain Injuries/Headaches/Migraines/Neck Pain/Back Pain/ Musculoskeletal Injuries/ Joint Pain/ Sports-Related Injuries/ Movement Disorders/Nerve Pain/Facial Pain/Muscular Dystrophy/ Vertigo/Dizziness/Imbalance/Nervous System Trauma/Myofascial Pain for acute patient diagnostic of cause of injury and documenting the medical records. Requirements Active CO License Local Candidate Preferred Board Certified PI experience A+ EMR TBD
