Physician / Orthopedics

•  Coverage dates: ASAP - ongoing (6 months +)
•  Credentialing 90 days
•  Monday to Friday 8a - 5p
•  Clinic M, W, F and OR days Tues, Thur
•  25 patients per day
•  No call and no weekends
•  ocum surgeon will be the primary surgeon, we do have PA who can be the first assist.
•  80% adult; 20% adolescent/peds
•  Procedures: Carpal/Cubital Tunnel Release, trigger finger release, mass excision, ORIF, typical hand cases
•  Fluoroscopy license required
Support staff: Medical Assistant, Orthopedic Technician, PA for assist, on site x-ray
•  Other providers in the department: 4 physicians; 5 Pas
•  Epic medical record
