Required Procedures/Duties: - Conventional Radiotherapy
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
Submission Requirements: To expedite the credentialing process, the following documents must be available at the time of acceptance:
- Board Certification: Required
- Ohio State License: Preferred; providers willing to obtain a license are accepted
- BLS/ACLS Certification: Required
- Availability: Full-time availability only
- Flu Vaccine: Required at the time of credentialing
- COVID Vaccine: Preferred
