Details:
Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
4 days a week, 8 hours a day at Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
1 day a week, 8-hour day at another Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week, and mileage is reimbursed).
0.8 FTE Nurse practitioner to support the provider
Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well. The Infusion Clinic supports approximately 475-525 infusions per month.
