Ob/Gyn - Massachusetts
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides direct patient care service within the OB/GYN department. Assumes care for high-risk OB patients as well as providing increased capacity for high-risk gynecology visits and routine prenatal care. Performs surgical interventions as needed, including surgery at a local hospital and approved office procedures. Collaborates with midwives in hospital and Health Center as needed, including seeing high-risk OB/GYN patients, and providing services that are outside the scope of midwifery practice. Consults & advises midwives as needed. Refers patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities. Visits hospitalized patients; serves on rotating hospital coverage schedules.
Experience and Education include, but are not limited to:
Doctor of Medicine of Foreign Equivalent
48 Months of Obstetrics & Gynecological Training
Massachusetts Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
