•  June 30th (6A) - July 5th (6A)
•  Clinical Information:
•  EMR:eCW for outpatient and Meditech for inpatient
•  Daily patient volume 11
•  3-7 deliveries per day
•  Support Facility nursing unit staffing
•  Required:
•  BC or BE
•  Active VA license
•  DEA/CSR
•  DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•  Current Flu Vaccine
•  Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•  Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
