Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have active AZ license or IMLC Active DEA w/AZ address Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology ACLS, BLS, CPR certified

Pay Rate Preferred: $1,600 (Daily 0-8hrs)
