Orientation 200 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT On Call Daily 3200 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 4800 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 400 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back 600 Per holiday hour of patient contacthours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
