Work Dates Needed: 2/3-7, 2/11-15, 2/23-28, 3/1-13, 3/17-31 - can be flexible with dates April forward
Preferred Schedule: Scheduled clinic hours + call (beeper) (In need of call coverage three weeks per month. Preference is for a locum willing to see some clinic patients while covering call, but will consider locum for call coverage only.)
Worksite Setting: Hospital and clinic
Scope of Work: Response time 15 min, small rural hospital down to one FT physician. Low risk pregnancy, FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds, Level 1 screening, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, decision making for c-section, Complicated delivery C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs, 3rd and 4th degree lacerations, Office Manor gynecology-IUD, Cyctoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., surgical gynecology, open, laproscopic, diagnostic/minor only, tubal ligation, LOAs, chronal tubation. Operative/major (includes diagnostic - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs, Laser certification
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MI licenses or IMLC, BLS, DEA, CSR

Pay Rate Preferred: $2095 24 hr call C/b 280
