•  Outpatient/inpatient setting

•  25 beds in department
•  208 avg deliveries per year
•  95% low risk pregnancy, 5% high risk pregnancy, 20% c-section
•  3 OBGYNs in group Requirements
•  Board certified
•  Active OR license
•  BLS
•  NRP Call
•  Beeper
•  20 mins response
•  80% call back Support Staff
•  2 RNs
•  3 MAs EMR
•  Epic
