OB/GYN Midwest- Progressive State Practice Highlights: Great Work/Life Balance: Work 4 days/week; hospital sees 1,200-1,500 deliveries/year Varied Duties: 1 day/week in the OR, 2 days in clinic from 8 AM 4:30 PM (Last patient scheduled at 3:30 PM), and 1 day of in-house call. post-call day off Quick ramp-up with 15-25 patients per day, ensuring a steady and manageable caseload. University affiliation: partnered with renowned and progressive university with opportunity for teaching, research, and leadership if desired Compensation and Benefits: Base salary ranges from $496,000 to $571,000, plus lucrative RVU incentives. Performance based RVUs add $6,000-$9,000k in addition to salary Time-off: 25 days of paid time off, plus 2 weeks for CME. Full benefits package offered through the affiliated academic institution.
