A services company in New York City is actively seeking a self-motivated and dynamic professional to join their staff as their newVice President.

Responsibilities

TheVice Presidentwill:
•  Advise and execute tax insurance solutions for clients
•  Collaborate with colleagues, other M&A advisors, clients, and underwriters on a transaction
•  Use tax experience in a business manner by contributing ideas about strategy and process to continue growingtax insurance business
•  Ability to interact with senior tax and non-tax professionals, including senior management/executives of clients
•  Use technical tax experience to understand tax risks and develop solutions
•  Educate existing clients and others about tax insurance Qualifications
•  3-8 years of tax experience at Big Law, Big 4, and/or in-house
•  JD
•  Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
•  Ability to multitask
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Highly organized
•  Strong interpersonal skills Desired skills
•  Experience with renewable energy tax credits
