A health system in Westchester s looking for a Director of Epilepsy to join their growing neurology team. About the Opportunity: Location: Westchester, NY Specialty: Neurology/ Epilepsy Hours: M-F Business hours Responsibilities: The physician will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and will direct the Epilepsy team by reviewing studies and providing clinical and administrative oversight of patients throughout Westchester. Also responsible for promoting effective patient safety and performance improvement initiatives to improve processes and outcomes of patient care for epilepsy patients. Requirements: M.D. Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine. Completion of Medical Residency with Board Certification Currently licensed as a physician in the State of New York Completion of Epilepsy fellowship & 10+ years is preferred.
