Practice in a team-oriented, certified Patient-Centered Medical Home located on the hospital campus with access to a range of ancillary and specialty services. The practice emphasizes long-term relationships, continuity of care, and a warm, respectful atmosphere for patients and providers alike. You will be supported by a friendly, well-trained clinical and administrative staff, along with engaged leadership, as you provide comprehensive care for your patients.This is a full-time, outpatient-only role with no inpatient or nursing home responsibilities. Your schedule will be tailored for balance, with options for a 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hours). After-hours coverage is handled by phone only.
