We provide quality services that are accessible, patient-centered, continuous, and comprehensive. 5+ years' experience as a practicing physician in a primary health care environment,community health center, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Clear and active Florida Medical License Active Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or otherboard certification based on specialty Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Proficiency in EMR Practice and personnel management experience Strong oral and written communication skills Extensive knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and ailments. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties.
