StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Job Setting:Primary Care Office (All Ages)
• Types of Cases:Primary care needs/ Some procedures (Athletic sports All help with injuries) (injections, casting). Peds Visits, well child visits and vaccinations
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Active Alabama State license required
• Board Certification required
