The locum tenens Internal Medicine opportunity in Indiana.-Location: near South Bend, IN (90 miles from Chicago)-Duration: July 2019 on-going for 90+ days-Schedule: Full-time or every other week-Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday, 8a-4p-Weekend Call: Rotating, Friday 12p-Monday 8a-Weekday Night Call: Rotating, Monday Thursday, 5p-8a-Patients: 18-20 per day, outpatient only-EMR: Epic-Affiliated hospital: 254 beds-Required: Board certified or board eligible with Indiana license
