  • Group is open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training
  • Geriatrics interest a plus
  • Guaranteed base salary range of $225,000 - $250,000 range
  • Group has 3 doctors and 2 APP's currently
  • Looking to add one more physician
  • Full Benefits and sign-on/relocation is negotiable.
  • EMR is eClinicalWorks
  • Will average 16-18 patients per day (will be mainly geriatric based with some adult too)
  • 2 production bonuses with one based on clinical quality measures and the other on revenue generated
  • Group can offer some leadership options in the future if qualified and interested
  • Call is negotiable
