Opportunity Highlights Join a collaborative, multispecialty endocrinology team across two clinic locations Teach residents, fellows, and students at multiple practice sites Support diabetes, osteoporosis, and transgender care through population health programs Participate in clinical research across a range of endocrine conditions The incoming Endocrinologist will step into a well-established, growing practice with two endocrinologists Provide outpatient-only care with no hospital call Perform thyroid biopsies and Dexa scans onsite Get paid extra for extended Dexa or Omni coverage hours Use weekly protected admin time for paperwork or charting Advance to physician ownership with increased compensation and voting rights Qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through this eligible position Community Information Located in the heart of California's Central Valley, Bakersfield and Kern County offer a unique blend of urban and rural living.
