Infectious Disease Physician needed for community health organization in Brooklyn to focus on outpatient care.
Job Function:
- Join a FQHC/Community Health Center to provide patient care
- 100% outpatient/ambulatory practice
- Strong Provider, Nursing, and Medical Support team
- Work with team of one other physician and NP
- 50/50 split of infectious disease and primary care
- Treatment of HIV, Hepatitis A/B/C, lyme disease, and other general ID conditions
- Standard business hours 9-5, Thursdays open until 8pm, will rotate with 2 other providers (so expect one evening 12-8pm every three weeks)
